Changes the Transportation Infrastructure Bank
Summary of the bill as introduced: Eliminates the bank's board of directors and changes the administration to the Commission of the Department of Transportation. The bill also does not allow a project to be designated as an eligible project for purposes of bank funding in advance of the current availability of funding for the completion of that project.
